Where will I meet my driver?

The customer can choose the pick up point. It may be:

  • At the airport
    The driver will be waiting for you at the passenger exit immediately after the customs at the arrivals.
  • At the railway station
    The meeting point is usually at the main entrance, but we can agree upon changes in advance (eg. rail)
  • At the ferry terminals (ports)
    You will meet your driver at the arrival dock
  • In town, wherever the customer needs
    The client indicates the pick up point while booking.

We always guarantee the maximum flexibility to face the possible last minute accidents.

Can I pay the service anytime?

It is possible to make the payment by credit card both when booking and at the end of the service

How does EuropeGroup guarantee the safety of the vehicles?

We guarantee the safety of the vehicle following all the requirements of the Italian highway code, for example about the official inspections required.

We demand the same care to all our partners of the Network, as they have to respect the same quality standards we are used to guarantee to our clients every day.

Can I book an airport transfer from anywhere?

Of course you can!

EuropeGroup guarantees chauffeur-driven services from anywhere in Italy to reach your airport.

Our driver will pick you up on time to drive you to your destination, as agreed with our booking department.

Who can use the car sharing service?

EuropeGroup manages car sharing services particularly for the big companies who need to save money optimizing the number of the journeys.

Our web tool recognizes the common factors and combines automatically the data, finding the right solution.

Occasional customers can choose the car sharing option selecting it while booking.

This doesn’t assure the possibility to use the service. Our tool will check the logistics and, if possible, will propose the sharing of the vehicle, even for just a part of the journey.

Several occasional passengers can propose the car sharing (eg. a group of friends leaving from the same city): EuropeGroup will manage the service for them.

 I am a private customer. Can I organise a tour with you?

Our company is glad to drive you anywhere with our cars and buses.

Should you plan a travel with your friends or a journey with your association, give us your program: we will send you our quotation as soon as possible.

In fact, it is not necessary to be a travel agency to organize a sightseeing tour, a wine and food experience or a shopping tour. All we need is your project: we will let it come true!!
